I made a mistake when ordering online, can I exchange the product?
If you make an error when ordering online, please contact us at email@example.com and we will gladly exchange your item for the one you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original sellable condition. You are responsible for the delivery and postage charges.
I accidentally included the wrong shipping address on my order, can I change this?
Depending if your order has already been shipped, we may still be able to change the shipping address. Please send us a message ASAP to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make it right!
How long does it take to process a return?
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

What if I receive the wrong product or my product is damaged?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at email@example.com and we will ship your intended purchase at no additional cost.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage. If damage occurred to your product in transit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

How will my purchase help in plastic waste cleanup?
We have partnered with a reputable organization and we will be funding plastic waste cleanup through your purchase. For every purchase, we will donate towards 100m of plastic waste cleanup.
Why is the mask not premixed?
We wanted you to see what goes into your mask and that is why we decided to package them separately. Furthermore, doing so also allows our mask to have a longer shelf life.
Do I have to mix the booster each time I use the mask?
The boosters are 10ml each and only need to be added once. Before your first application, empty the entire booster onto the base mask and mix well. After that, use the mask like any other mask.
How do I select the booster?
Each booster caters to a unique skin need. Details around ingredients, expected results from each booster etc. is listed on our website. If you are still unsure of your skin needs, you can contact us at email@example.com or chat with us and we will assist you in choosing the booster that’s right for you.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
