Shipping & Delivery:


All orders over $100 CAD qualify for free shipping. For orders below $100, we charge $5.95 CAD shipping fee.

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 days business days for our team to process your order. If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us at as soon as possible so we can make adjustments prior to shipping it to you.

Once the order has shipped, kindly allow 10-20 business days for it to reach you. If your order doesn’t arrive by then, please email us at with your order number and we will assist you with your request.


Currently we do not ship Internationally outside of Canada and the US. If you live outside of Canada and the U.S. and would like to buy our products, feel free to email us at and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note for US orders, some import fees/duties may apply.


Return & Exchange:


If for any reason, you are unhappy with your True and You purchase - kindly contact us at and we will be happy to process an exchange or a refund for you. During the process we may ask for your feedback and reason for return, so we can make improvements to our product accordingly.


If you are unsure of which booster to select for your skin type, you can chat with our team and we will be happy to suggest the booster for you.


*Returned items need to be in their original packaging. Any item that is returned damaged or incomplete will not qualify for a refund, exchange or a store gift card. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds, exchanges and gift cards will only be issued once we receive the product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Returns, exchanges and gift cards are issued at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse them.
